HPLC法测定3-硝基苄叉基乙酰乙酸乙酯中的有关物质
  

摘要:目的:建立测定3-硝基苄叉基乙酰乙酸乙酯中有关物质的方法方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测3-硝基苄叉基乙酰乙酸乙酯中有关物质采用C18色谱柱,以乙腈-四氢呋喃-水(20:24:56)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为271nm,柱温为30℃。结果: 专属性、线性回归精密度、准确度良好。结论:该方法简单、精确、可靠,可用于3-硝基苄叉基乙酰乙酸乙酯质量控制。

Abstract: Objective To establish a method for determination of related substances in m-nitrobenzylideneacetoacetate. Methods The related substances in m-nitrobenzylideneacetoacetate were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). A HPLC method was used with C18 column. The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-tetrahydrofuran- water(20:24:56).Detection was carried out at wavelength of 271 nm,flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and temperature of 30. Results The specificity test,linear relationship,precision test and accuracy were good. Conclusion This method is easy to operate, accurate, reliable, so the method can be used to control the quality of m-nitrobenzylideneacetoacetate.
